Senior Legal Counsel (W/M/D)

We are looking for a Legal Counsel (m/f/d) to join our team. In this role, you will bring your operational expertise and coordinate the legal side of WETHEBRANDS global activities. Supporting and reporting directly to the management and the advisory board, you will provide strategic direction and cover all legal aspects of an international eCommerce group, supporting all stakeholders with your broad range of legal advice.

From IP/IT to Corporate/M&A, from Finance to Data Security and Labor Law, all areas of expertise need to be covered and coordinated with the help of the team and high caliber external advisors.

• You deal with a broad range of complex legal matters. You are good at prioritizing and taking a pragmatic approach to less relevant issues to maintain rapid growth.
• You automate processes wherever possible to build a smoothly functioning legal department
• You develop our legal structures to support the Mantaro Group to achieve the company’s goals and take responsibility for strategic issues
• You will coach and coordinate your team and grow the team in line with the pace of growth
• You contribute to internal planning and goal setting and coordinate external legal advisors

• You are curious about eCommerce and in particular all aspects of Amazon FBA
  businesses and love to work on a wide range of topics simultaneously
• You are organized, analytical, and pragmatic, and bring a legal flair and business acumen to the
  tabl
• You have an excellent academic background and bring professional experience as a
  lawyer in relevant fields or as LEGAL COUNSEL in a fast-growing, international
  growth/corporate environment
• You have broad expertise in various areas, especially M&A with a focus on asset deals
• You bring excellent knowledge of corporate law and a solid overview of general IP,
  competition and business law
• You are a fully qualified lawyer or in-house counsel
• You are fluent in English and German
