In your new role you will:
- Coordinate worldwide testing activities for automotive high power products with IGBTs, diodes, and SiC MOSFETs
- Monitor testing implementation from wafer level to product level for automotive high voltage bare die and discrete products
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to test development engineers for timely project completion
- Develop and introduce new testing methodologies and tools to meet product and customer requirements
- Drive test improvement programs and realization projects with development and production teams
- Contribute to product development, yield engineering, and focus teams with testing expertise

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Master's, diploma, or PhD degree in electrical engineering, physics, or a related field of study
- At least 6years of experience in test engineering and test development semiconductor devices
- Extensive technical knowledge in test development for high power semiconductor devices
- Strong conceptual leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor test development engineers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German
