Summary of Role

Manages quality processes and process landscape. Drives effective and efficient implementation and execution of the Fab1 Quality Management system’s business processes. Supports the Fab quality certification according to ISO9001 / IATF16949.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Works as internal quality audit lead auditor based on ISO9001 / IATF16949 and VDA6.3.

  • Drives systematic follow-up and improvement for internally and externally detected audit findings via structured problem solving and improvement projects.

  • Shows initiative and creativity to drive significant improvement for existing processes and methods, leads development and implementation. Solves complex, novel and non-recurring problems.

  • Ability to break down information for internal or external customers and certification bodies in a systematic and communicable manner.

  • Shows mastery of many aspects within one technical discipline, with group-wide recognition as a senior member of a technical team.

Other Responsibilities

  • Works on small projects or on tasks in large projects and assignments.

  • Trains and guides others on quality processes, core tools, and technical skills as needed.

  • Participates in and/or leads (project) teams.

  • Performs all activities in a safe and responsible manner and supports all Quality, Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.

Required Qualifications

  • Certifications according to Quality Management Standards (ISO9001, IATF16949, VDA6.3)

  • Experienced in Quality Core Tools (e.g. FMEA, SPC; MSA, 8D)

  • Experience in Semiconductor and/or Automotive Industry

  • Sophisticated analytical techniques.

  • Technical (University) degree.

  • BS + 4-5 years of experience or

  • MS + 2-4 years

  • PhD + 1-2 year

  • Business language English
