Junior Organisational Design & Transformation Manager (M/F/D)

Your tasks will be divided into two areas, which we explain in more detail below:
Organisational Transformation

• You are responsible for the creation of internal communication materials to ensure the visibility and transparency of our Organisation and Change team for the BayWa r.e. Group e.g. intranet site, newsletters, news channels
• You support our team in improving the company’s engagement and collaboration

Organisational Design & Governance

• You will be responsible for the conception, implementation, communication and documentation of Organisational Design projects (e.g. organisational handbook & governance guidelines, reporting lines, organisational layers, organisational charts)
• You are responsible for the diagnosis of root causes of critical organisational issues related to dependencies, accountabilities, or inefficiencies
• You provide objective data-driven measures for improvement of the company’s structure
• You create efficiently functioning and transparent governance structures and ensure the compliant and timely maintenance of organisational units
• You obtain information from all relevant organisational units and ensure the coordination and maintenance of globally binding organisational regulations
