- You will be responsible for Organisational Design, governance and development projects (e.g. reorganisations and restructurings within the global company, TOM design, post-merger integration, organisational rules and guidelines, policies)
- You design a scalable organisation based on the Group strategy, provide management structures for a future-proof global company by taking our diverse cultural, regional, and business requirements into consideration
- You are responsible for the diagnosis of root causes of critical organisational issues related to dependencies, accountabilities, or inefficiencies
- You provide objective data-driven measures for improvement of the company’s structure, e.g. establishing global reporting lines, management structures, policies
- You create efficiently functioning and transparent governance structures and ensure the compliant and timely maintenance of organisational units
- You obtain information from all relevant organisational units and ensure the coordination and maintenance of globally binding organisational regulations
- You are part of strategic organisational development projects to drive the design for our continuous organisational transformation with our global stakeholders
