Job Purpose:
The job holder performs statistical modeling and analysis of structured and unstructured datasets to develop metrics, reports and visualizations of trends and patterns. Works with technology organization and business end-users to understand data and analysis needs and develop technical requirements. Partners with development and data management roles to identify and capture data required from internal and external sources. Creates and maintains statistical models for ongoing and ad hoc review and analysis of data. Uses data visualization programs, tools and techniques to generate dashboards, reports and presentations that aid in data storytelling, understanding and interpretation of trends and patterns of business importance.
May be internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions. May include company-wide, web-enabled solutions
Core Job Duties:
- Analysis of the existing structured and unstructured dataset of the company
- Development and maintaining of data models for business use cases to drive more efficiency by using machine learning methods
- Support artificial intelligence projects in cooperation with software vendors of the company-wide software landscape
- Creation and maintenance of AI models, including data management, implementation, testing and evaluation.
- Identifies meaningful insights from large data and metadata sources; optimization of its consistency
- Communication of insights and findings from analysis and experiments to product, service, and business managers
- Develops, documents, and implements standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines relating to IT support.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and staying up-to-date with latest technologies and industry developments.
- Tracking and managing work records.

- MCSE: Cloud Platform
- AZ-100 Microsoft Azure Infrastructure and Deployment
- AZ-101 Microsoft Azure Integration and Security
- AZ-102 Microsoft Azure Administrator Certification Transition
- MCSA: Linux on Azure
- LINUX: LFCS: Linux Foundation Certified System Administrator (LP1 + 2 + 3)
