ISO & Quality Management System Professional (m/f/d) 80 - 100%We Elevate... Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for overseeing strategy alignment and supporting the implementation of the Schindler Quality and Environmental Management System. This includes setup, maintenance, improvement activities as well as supporting the ISO certification efforts.
Some of your exciting challenges include:
Support strategic implementation of the integrated Management System within Schindler Group, including defining methodologies and enhancing various elements such as blueprints and templates
Provide Management System framework, support and guidance to Group Functions in accordance with quality- and environmental-related activities
Support all activities in close collaboration with ISO &Management System Expert with the goal to maintain external ISO certification
Support group companies in rolling out QMS and EMS blueprints
Support the integration of new ISO standards into the Management System

Further requirements include:
Master's degree in engineering or supply chain management with a focus on Quality Management
At least 2 years' experience in process and project management and in setting up, implementing and improving Management Systems
Fluent in English, other languages a plus
