We are looking for a candidate for the position of Quality Management System Specialist for ABB's Europe Operations Centre in Ostrava.In this position, you will work on interesting global projects in a smaller team and will be responsible for coordinating the deployment and configuration of the system. Your responsibilities

• Implementation of a Quality Management system for document and process management on a global level
• Collect and analyze unit requirements
• Configure the system according to the needs of the units
• Providing training to users
• Creating documentation
• Support for document migration, escalation resolution
• Monitoring the status of documents, reporting progress
• Communication with developers, application owners and local process owners
• User Support, Defect Resolution
• Analyze and visualize Visio processes
• Coordination and preparation of internal communication for the area of quality (globally)

Your background

• High school/university education
• Fluent in English (min. level B2)
• Proactive and communicative personality
• You are familiar with Sharepoint
• You can handle multitasking and requirements analysis
