We're seeking a dedicated professional to accelerate digital competence and foster innovation within our business at ABB Sweden. As a key player in our Information Systems (IS) team, you'll be at the forefront of introducing and adopting cutting-edge IS tools, ensuring that our business users thrive in a digitally advanced environment.As IS Adoption & Change Management, you will be instrumental in communicating IS changes, actively promoting the adoption of core digital solutions, and collaborating closely with Business IS teams. Your responsibilities include leading pilots of new global digital IT solutions, developing and delivering training programs, and championing the introduction of tools like WalkMe to enhance user adoption.
Your responsibilities
- Communicate IS changes to affected users in ABB Sweden and globally.
- Actively drive adoption of core and common end user Digital solutions and IT tools in ABB Sweden, including Office 365, SAP and Information Security.
- Engage with end users and work in close collaboration with Business IS teams to understand business requirements and gaps related to IT tools adoption.
- Promote existing e-learnings and develop new trainings according to identified needs.
- Develop and conduct new employee onboarding IS training.
- Lead pilots in Sweden of new global digital IT solutions.
- Lead introduction of WalkMe as tool for better adoption in SE in collaboration with global IS Workplace Services team.
Your background
- Passionate about Digital Tools Adoption and Consumer Experience.
- Experience from digital and verbal communication and presentations in a local and global business context, to be able to drive transformation across the whole ABB Sweden.
- Collaborative mindset, with user productivity focus and leadership skills.
- Strong Swedish and English speaking skills.
