Your responsibilities
- Take responsibility for all change management activities (communication as well as training matters) for the preparation and implementation of various SAP SuccessFactors modules in the EMEA region
- Inform, engage and enable all stakeholders
- Work closely together with the project management, the project leads of the various SuccessFactors modules as well as the HR representatives of all EMEA affiliates
- Support the SuccessFactors key user network in EMEA and continuously work on the improvement of our change management activities
- Support in the transformation process of project status to operational in terms of concept, communication and enablement
- Partially, taking over project leadership in case of absence
Your profile
- Successfully completed commercial training and / or a degree in economics, human resources with focus on administration, communication or change management
- Proven experience in change management activities, specifically related to new tool implementation and trainings, preferably in the HR field
- Strong proficiency in stakeholder management, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with all relevant parties
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, capable of identifying issues and implementing effective solutions
