Job description

In your new role you will:

• Maintain configuration items (CI) or documents
• Establish and maintain traceability of changes during the product development life cycle
• Support the status accounting and reporting for all CCM-related figures and prepare release candidates for approval
• Organize and execute Change Control Board activities
• Create and maintain Product Configuration, Configuration Baselines and their records

Type of employment: Temporary / Full-time or Part-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
Duration: min. 6 months

Your Profile

You successfully meet the requirements, if you are a motivated and committed student from the field of Electronics, Computer Science, Process Management, Project Management or similar and are best equipped for this task if you additionally offer:

• A basic understanding of configuration and Change Management
• Interest in or basic understanding of Project Management aspects and the development aspects of semiconductors
• Solid MS Office knowledge, especially data preparation in Excel
• Basic programming skills in Python or similar languages
• Interest in application of generative AI for solving real world problems
• A structured and precise working style
• Good communication skills in German and English

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2023.pdf).
