The Opportunity
This position works at Umraniye location in the Core Diagnostics Division that we’re empowering smarter medical and economic decision making to help transform the way people manage their health at all stages of life. Every day, more than 10 million tests are run on Abbott’s diagnostics instruments, providing lab results for millions of people.
Our diagnostic solutions are used in hospitals, laboratories and clinics around the globe. The crucial information derived from our tests, instruments and informatics systems are often the first step in patient care decision making for hundreds of health conditions from heart attacks to blood disorders to infectious diseases and cancers.
What You’ll Do
- Translate and proofread reagent enclosures and accessory inserts, labels and operations manuals from English into Turkish
- Format ready-to-print documents in Adobe publishing software.
- Plan daily workload according to local market needs and prepare quality documentation for internal purposes.
- Communicate with co-workers and other departments.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in translation from English into Turkish
- Turkish as native language
- Excellent translation and proofreading skills
- Translation experience
- Experience in the use of translation tools and publishing software.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate an optimistic, yet practical can-do attitude.
