What you will do:
Your focus will be SAP’s smart health management system. The global program helps SAP locations worldwide to drive Health and Safety related initiatives and build best in class employee experience while complying with local Health & Safety regulations.
Your main tasks will be:
- Create and share materials to sustain success of the program
- Visualize and sum up program results, and support overall program reporting
- Assist in presentations of the program at different occasions
- Contribute to stakeholder alignments and answer operational questions on the program
- Support interfaces to the international network of Health Ambassadors
- On-demand support of other health & well-being programs complement the program- related tasks.
What you bring:
You are a currently enrolled student at a university or a university of applied sciences:
- Student (f/m) at a university or university of applied sciences
- Preferred field of study: Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Studies, Education Science, Psychology or related subject
- Excellent written and spoken business communications skills in English and German, ability to communicate well with internal and international stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office Tools, especially in Power Point, Excel, SharePoint & Teams
- Advanced planning and self-organizing skills, ability to pick up information fast, work independently and solution oriented
- Be familiar with latest trends in social media and latest technology trends
- Ideally previous working student or internship experience
