In that case, we're the right place for you! At Semikron Danfoss in Flensburg we are looking for a Working Student or Intern (m/f/d) for our Industrial Engineering department.

Job Responsibilities

​​​​​You will get the opportunity to take part in a variety of tasks, and your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing capacity planning and follow up
• Analyzing the production line data and deriving the main losses
• Creating data visualization interface
• Collecting cycle and takt times and updating the MIFA (Value Stream Mapping)

Besides that, you will work together with our Industrial Engineers on new production line and ramp up phases. In addition, you can contribute to continuous improvement projects together with the Industrial Engineers.

For this position, you are studying mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, engineering management or a comparable course of study and are interested in working in a manufacturing environment. In addition, you have:

• Have a good analytical and problem-solving skill and mindset
• Good knowledge on Microsoft Power BI and Excel
• Good English or German communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

As an intern (m/f/d) you will work full-time for a period of approx. 3-6 months. As a Working Student (m/f/d) you will work up to 20 hours per week with a schedule that largely considers the requirements of your studies. You are welcome to work for several semesters. We offer you appropriate remuneration and the opportunity to gain your first practical insights into everyday working life in parallel to your studies.
