For an internationally renowned technology company in the software industry, I am seeking a talented and experienced Influencer Marketing Manager (m/f/d). In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with activating and nurturing influencer partnerships and content for the client's Digital Media business in Germany and across EMEA.

Your Responsibilities:

• Execute a social and influencer strategy aligned with the client's business objectives across EMEA, with a focus on Germany.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring audience strategies to market, from research to the development of tactics and measures through influencers, paid media, and product launches.
• Implement innovative social and influencer activations to raise awareness and engage audiences on product innovation, marketing campaigns, and events.
• Work closely with agencies on content creation, ensuring alignment with messaging, values, and objectives.
• Analyse data and metrics to derive insights-based recommendations and ideas on an ongoing basis.
• Provide regular reports to assess the effectiveness of Influencer Marketing efforts.
• Manage budgets efficiently to ensure optimum ROI.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, features, and algorithms across social media platforms, offering creative and innovative recommendations and ideas to adapt strategies accordingly.

Your Profile:

• You have relevant experience and knowledge of performance-based influencer strategies and the social landscape, enabling innovative approaches and exploring new tactics and social channels with the team.
• Creative skills in presentation, formal writing, verbal, and email communication.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Document Cloud.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills in German and English
• Extensive knowledge of the influencer and social market in Germany.
• You are dedicated and passionate about captivating and winning customers through compelling content and creative partnerships.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Results-oriented with an analytical approach to measurement and insights-driven decisions.
• Ideally experience in the gaming, movie, and tech industry
