- Management of full cycle recruiting process:
- Active sourcing of talents
- Candidate generation
- Review and filter applications from potential candidates
- Screening of candidates
- Scheduling of interviews
- Managing ATS
- Further development and conduction of an effective talent acquisition process
- Participation on job fairs and exhibitions
- Actively shaping personnel marketing and carry out target group-oriented recruiting campaigns
- Maintenance of organizational charts and detailed job descriptions
- Support with onboarding of new employees and conducting new hire orientation
- Handling of employee benefits administration
- Management of employee IT equipment administration (cooperation with Finance)
- Support with employee data administration in the HR Software
- Assistance of the HR Team with the annual performance review process
- Management of employee reference letters’ workaround and creation of employee reference letters
- Update of HR database with the employee records and management of employees’ personal files (digitally and in paper if necessary)
- Management of Company Car Order Process
- Close collaboration with the whole HR Team, Hiring Managers and Office Management
