MAIN TASKS
Human Resources- Responsible for implementing the HR strategy and achieving HR goals in the KSA region.
- Develop human resources policies aligned with the company's global strategy, ensuring legal compliance.
- Oversee recruitment, including personnel marketing and potential management.
- Focus on ensuring organizational performance and succession planning.
- Lead development and training initiatives to empower teams and current/future managers.
- Manage compensation, ensuring up-to-date C&B models and systems, along with timely and accurate payroll accounting.
- Proactively support change processes, including organizational structure and company alignment.
- Serve as a sparring partner for managers on all management and employee-related issues.
- Collaborate with employee representative bodies as the main point of contact.
- Resolve employment law problems and represent the company in disputes.
- Implement standardized and streamlined HR processes.
- Actively participate in projects to enhance and maintain working conditions.
- Experience with various municipalities and ministries such as the Ministry of Labour, Ministry of Commerce and Investment, Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA), Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Should have an experience managing workflow of QIWA, MUDAD, MUQEEM, GOSI, VAT, ZAKAT portals.
Finance & Administration
- Oversee all interactions and manage the relationships with banks, credit institutions, and similar entities. Ensure timely and accurate payment of all taxes as defined by law.
- Supervise the team under its responsibility, focusing on training, development, motivation, and effective management of their human capital to ensure the smooth running of the company's activities.
- Review and check all invoices and payments request as per Company Guidelines. Forward accordingly for payment processing
- Manage company activities to ensure compliance with internal audit requirements.
Logistics & Sales Support
- Oversee the order processing function.
- Utilize SAP for issuing PI and generating reports as needed.
- Manage accounts, focusing on minimizing outstanding payments.
- Calculate bonuses for partners.
- Coordinate with customers for regular updates.
- Provide monthly sales updates to the Head of the Region.
- Optimize all processes related to logistics and order processing.
MISSION OF FUNCTION
- Overseeing all HR processes, including performance management, time management, guidelines, and insurances. Managing human capital to align with both local and global company strategies while ensuring compliance with Saudi Arabian legal requirements.
- Handling all finance processes, including payroll and financial management, along with accounting responsibilities.
- Managing administration and logistics, which involves overseeing order processing and related tasks. Additionally, providing organizational support to the Head of KSA and assisting in reporting activities within daily business operations.
- Management and cooperation between departments and in projects. Optimization of processes within the work area.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION
- University degree
- 5+ years HR and leadership experience in a multinational organization
- English and Arabic fluent
- MS Office
