Reporting to the HR Manager, you are responsible for providing general HR services across the business providing support on the administrative side and handling employee relations from on- to offboarding.

What does our HR Administrator / Coordinator do?
- You are the contact person for our employees and requests in all day to day HR matters
- You provide employees with advice and assistance regarding human resource issues, policies and procedures
- You will be responsible for personnel administration and ensure that all HR information systems and reports are updated
- You prepare and review the monthly wage and salary statements and coordinate with our external service provider
- You support and assist the HR Manager with various employee issues, initiatives and projects
- Support with the duties involved in managing visa sponsorships, processing applications and carrying out right to work checks to ensure compliance with DE Immigration
What do we expect from an HR Administrator / Coordinator?
- Experience as an HR Administrator or relevant role incl. ideally with German payroll
- Experience in HCM Systems; Workday would be a plus
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English
- Committed to providing a helpful and responsive HR service
- Organisational ability, structured way of working in a fast-paced environment
