We are looking for an entrepreneurial, forward-thinking and empathetic leader to drive the region's performance and initiatives. You understand the needs of our customers and help them build better. You will be responsible for key decisions related to staffing, development, direction and performance of the Market RegionCentral Switzerland while collaborating with other business unit stakeholders.

Your tasks

• You have P&L responsibility for the Market RegionCentral Switzerland in the fields of Aggregates, Ready-Mix Concrete, Recycling and Landfill
• You lead and develop the Market Region and put H&S, compliance, a growth mindset, agility and a learning culture at the heart of the organization's actions
• You lead the Market Region to the next level of circular economy and sustainability
• You define and implement the regional market strategy, with its tools and sales budget in line with other regions; and also the pricing policy, the overall sales strategy and the company targets
• You maintain an existing customer portfolio, acquire new customers and projects and develop new business opportunities
• You are in contact with key accounts, A-customers and important decision-makers, developing potential key accounts

Your profile

• You drive change and take an active role in the digitalization and sustainability of our business and industry
• You set the direction, build trust and empower individuals and teams
• You have a strong customer focus and want to deliver innovative solutions that create value for customers
• You have a university degree or equivalent with advanced qualifications in strategic and operational management, leadership, marketing and sales
• You are passionate about building materials, cement, concrete and recycling
• You have an excellent understanding of the market, customer data, forecasting trends and key financial figures
• You are fluent in German and English
