The Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) team plays an essential role in translating Microsoft’s Commercial Strategy to a local execution plan and driving operational excellence to achieve the greatest results possible. Our team drives cross-Region, cross-Area and cross-Subsidiary insight and execution excellence, bringing strategy and priorities to life by accelerating the pace of transformation and enabling Microsoft to deliver business impact at scale.
The Azure Data & AI business is a critical strategic monetization and growth lever for the company. This business consists of growing Azure data consumption in our customer base across all customer segments.
The Azure Go-To-Market Lead (GTM) is accountable for leading the Azure Go-To-Market strategy for Data &AI for Germany to deliver customer & partner success, resulting in revenue, growth and share outcomes for Azure.
The GTM Manager must develop strong partnerships across marketing, partner, services and sales to lead and execute the priorities. The GTM Manager will also build and land multi-year growth plans to maximize the local market opportunity across key priorities such as accelerating core growth through migration & modernization, differentiating through innovation, and targeting key segments and customer audiences.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications / Requirements:
- Solid years experience in data solution sales (technical) or program management experience in consulting/implementing/optimizing data solution architectures in an enterprise environment and e xperience in sales readiness, enablement, business planning, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field experience (preferred)
- Subject matter expert for Data & AI products and solutions (Microsoft, open source, third party) proven by successful sales/implementations
- Strong knowledge of the Data & AI market landscape (Microsoft, open source, third party), strong partner network
- Great communication skills, with experience in speaking at public events, p roven customer passion and deep Germany market and customer understanding across different industries
- Proven ability to orchestrate across various roles and responsibilities (leading without authority) with a t rack record of strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute strategic go-to-market plans for Azure Data & AI in the German market across sales, marketing, consulting, customer success, and partner functions, supporting one-Microsoft cross-functional execution.
- Besides representing Azure Data & AI at community events, fairs, and conferences, the GTM Lead also promotes them to customers and partners, serving as an important stakeholder for analysts and influencers.
- Builds, maintains and executes a multi-year growth plan to maximize local market opportunity across revenue, usage, and customer health, executing programs at scale through all segments.
- Lead and execute compete strategies to drive target market share gains, and actively engage relevant stakeholders
- Owns relevant business metrics (e.g., revenue, scorecard, and share), enables measurement of KPIs against revenue and scorecard metrics and drives impact through actionable execution within the v-team.
- Supports and guides the global partner solutions team (GPS) in the recruitment and capacity building of partners and executes partner programs to drive impact.
- Leads a functional v-team to execute against our business priorities and targets and generating learnings and patterns to scale execution.
