Our hotel features an award-winning rooftop bar & terrace, pop-up restaurant Eastwood Beer & Grill, a Lobby Bar including our own in-house library, our own Eastwood Coffee Store, Amsterdam's most extensive breakfast buffet, fifteen versatile meeting rooms and 557 guest rooms.
Exciting news! The hotel is undergoing a complete renovation, rebranding and repositioning of all Food & Beverage locations in the hotel in 2023 / 2024, starting with the opening of our rooftop bar LuminAir in late June 2023. The redesign of the room inventory will also be part of this upcoming project!

Who are we looking for / What will you do?
Join our fantastic team as our new Groups, Conference and Events Executive. Located in the vibrant heart of Amsterdam, the Booking Office is a great place to start your Groups, Conference and Events Career with exposure to a diversity of guests.
This position includes the following main duties:
- Maximize revenue opportunities in group reservations, conferences and Events by driving sales leads and increasing conversions
- You will interact extensively with guests and clients with the intent of earning repeat and extension business.
- Receive and convert inbound inquiries to achieve goals and maximize revenue
- Focus on a consistently executed up-selling approach.
- Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs
- Arrange and execute hotel show tours
- Participate in hotel promotional activities
- Who are we looking for: Good organizational and administrative skills
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Commitment to providing a high level of customer service
- Confident telephone manner
- Demonstrated work experience in a sales environment
- The perfect candidate will be fluent in English (Dutch language skills are an advantage).
