Job Description
You will be involved in the management of "group" files at all stages of Sales (from receipt of the request to the organization of the event):
-Receiving requests, sending customer proposals and follow-up/negotiation.
-Visit the hotel with our potential customers.
-Contract dispatch and follow-up/receipt of deposit and signed contract.
-Manage event organization after contract signature.
-Preparation of job descriptions and menus for various events.
-Interdepartmental communication: kitchen, banqueting, maître d'hôtel, front office, accounting, sales, etc.
-Daily dispatch of internal documents concerning business forecasts and preparation of various reports.
-Verification of proper management when guests arrive.
-Commercial follow-up of events: thank-you letters, satisfaction questionnaires.
-Keep systems up to date.
What are we looking for?
-You are currently preparing a diploma in hospitality and/or business (minimum level BAC+2).
-Dynamic and rigorous, you are recognized for your organizational, coordination and communication skills.
-You have a good command of basic sales techniques and IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-You also have good stress management skills.
-Professional English
-Knowledge of Delphi and Onq software would be a plus.
