What will you be doing?
As Finance Coordinator, you report to the Assistant Finance Manager & Finance Manager. You will be responsible for performing the following tasks:
· Accounts Payable: Purchase ledger responsibilities including invoicing, queries, payments and reconciliation.
· Assist in preparing and processing monthly manual journal vouchers and support in reviewing hotel results.
· Provide general finance and administrative support where required.
· Assemble and prepare financial data for audits.
· Ensure and monitor compliance to Hilton standards and financial policies.
· Assist with other accounting projects in the office.
· Monitor internal financial approval processes are up-to-date and engage with other departments to streamline these processes.
· Ensure accurate accounting and reflection of revenues and expenses.

· Ambitious, your aim is to move to the next position within maximum 2-3 years.
· Excellent communication skills and strong eye for detail
· Able to build and maintain strong working relationships
· High level of integrity and analytical skills
· Experienced in using Excel and understanding of IT systems or willing to learn
· Ability to work both independent and within a team
· Fluent in English both oral and in writing
· Fluent in Dutch is preferred, not necessary
· Bachelor degree in Hotel Management is preferred
