Group Technology Operations (GTO) aims at delivering services and products to AXA Entities and the AXA Group, at the right level of quality and cost. Its mandates and missions can be summarized in four main activities: global product delivery, global product portfolio management, day-to-day operations management, and entities proximity management.

Group CIO (GCIO) creates the link between technology and business strategy and priorities, defines the technology operating model for AXA, sets global and local architecture, applications and infrastructure standards, and leads the definition and execution of global technology strategy and technology lifecycle to enable innovation and business growth.

The coordination of IT Audits is joint since 1st of January 2023 and managed through GSC for both IT divisions.

PRESENTATION OF THE CONTEXT AND TEAM 

Under Group Technology Operations, the Global service Center department manages the IT Operations framework and drives standardization through common processes and guidelines across all IT scopes.


POSITION MAIN ACTIVITIES
The key responsibility of the Audit and Risk Remediation Coordinator is to aggregate and coordinate IT related transversal audit issues and Risks and lead and manage their remediation in the scope of GTO & GCIO. 

Main activities are:

  • Define the framework to engage with other Group departments (risk, audit, security, compliance…), collect relevant inputs from the appropriate sources, organize and prepare the analysis and communication to AXA IT leadership.
  • Drive remediation of transversal audit issues within agreed dates (eliminate overdue issues and avoid new to come) for GTO & GCIO and Operating Companies, leveraging resources in delivery departments (e.g. productfamilies).
  • Support the remediation activities required for GTO & GCIO; follow-up with relevant teams and facilitate resolution within committed deadlines.
    o Facilitate the Audit process.
    o Support report and Issue owners to review and challenge the draft Audit reports (findings, severity, scope…)
    o Drive the definition of the management action plan (MAP) and make sure an appropriate remediation manager is appointed, with relevant scoping, planning and associated budget.
    o Enforce the commitment on issue follow-up and resolution by owners within the GTO & GCIO organization.
    o Track and report on Audit remediation performance, providing a real-time, comprehensive, and prioritized view of all GTO & GCIO related Audit Issues to IT Divisions leadership team.
    o Develop ad-hoc reports when necessary.
    o Actively animate and facilitate communication within GTO & GCIO and outside with major stakeholders.
  • in collaboration with resources assigned in appropriate Group departments, collect input related to risks for IT Divisions scope, in order to inform IT Divisions leadership, prioritize activities and coordinate required actions for that scope.
  • Prepare IT Divisions input for GIRB, GAC, GOAC and other committees as per defined governance.
  • Work closely and in alignment with Security, Audit, Risk and Compliance teams in other Group departments


Votre Profil

PROFILE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES / 

Experience

  • Proven competencies in IT Audit and Risk management as well as ideally in IT security related projects with significant scope and complexity.
  • Track record of successful delivery in complex organizations /cross functional environment
  • Ability to navigate in uncertainty and influence transversally in matrix environments on senior levels of theorganization and across cultures.
  • High level of maturity in people interaction, perseverance, and excellent communication skills
  • High sensitivity to cultural aspects and ease in transnational environments
