Within the Marketing team, we are looking for a Data Scientist passionate for data and innovation: someone who is able to comprehend data and extract meanings and interpretation in order to generate value for our business. Marketing Manager
Your responsibilities
- Process and analyze large and complex data sets, by using analytical and quantitative methods.
- Structure relevant data science and strategic projects given a set of business objectives.
- Develop analysis and models to extract knowledge from data and solve concrete business problems.
- Manage data related projects end to end and interact with the IT department in the development of the data infrastructure.
- Work with key stakeholders in the market to generate hypothesis and models that will ultimately allow to translate data into strategic insights for the business.
- Synthetize complex results or processes into simple, clear visualizations, presentations, and communication of findings.
- Identify new analytics trends to drive the innovation agenda across business functions and make business recommendations based on those trends.
Your background
- You have a bachelor or master’s degree in Math, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science with focus on Data Mining and Probabilistic Learning.
- You have knowledge of Python or R and SQL. Familiarity with machine learning models is an asset.
- You have knowledge of BI visualization tools: Power BI (using DAX to define custom calculations), Tableau.
- You have strong Excel skills. Knowing how to use macros and VBA is a plus.
- You are a confident user of analytical platforms, such as CRM System, web analytics, etc.
- You are able to see data as opportunities and to find “stories” out of the data.
- You are organized and have outstanding analytical skills.
- You are a team player who is also able to work independently.
- You speak fluent English.
