+ Expert work – Independent definition/structuring of the programming codes based on the developed model prototypes by the analysis team in Python, be the first contact person within the team regarding the existing database
+ Support work – Providing the model results for the trading, maintaining of the data requirements of trading and analysis, supporting the achievement of a high degree of automation in the daily work, assisting meteorology, evaluation/modeling of weather data/forecasts
+ Cooperation – Interface work and communication between trading, analysis and the IT department
Your profile – your facets take you further
+ Education – University degree, preferably in Meteorology, Physics, or other fields of natural sciences
+ Expertise – Strong robust knowledge in Python and SQL, relevant experience in the use of Python (e.g. as part of working student jobs/internships), knowledge and experience in the field of Meteorology and fluid dynamics will be advantageous, some German language skills
+ Personality – Fast comprehension, interdisciplinary and analytical thinking, innovative approach and acting, well-structured and accurate way of working as much as a pronounced self-organisation, ability to cope with stress/time pressure, high communication skills
