Cyber Security Engineer (M/F/D)

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join SIXT’s Information Security team as a Cyber Security Engineer (m/f/d). This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the security and integrity of SIXT’s information systems. You will be responsible for monitoring, investigating, and responding to security incidents, as well as conducting proactive security assessments and threat hunting.

COME AS YOU ARE:

• You hold a degree in IT or a comparable training with several years of professional experience in the relevant area

• You have proven experience with at least one of the following: DFIR, Threat Hunting, Security Operations

• You have got hands-on programming experience in one of the following: Python, Powershell, Java, Golang, C++.

• You are experienced in working with hybrid networks, AWS experience is preferred

• Your communication skills both oral and written are excellent and required to interface with other employees who are both technical and non-technical
