Tasks:
- You help protect our customers and our corporate assets by analyzing security intelligence reports and events and leading incident management efforts, especially in advanced cases
- You plan, implement, upgrade, and monitor security measures to prevent data breaches, cyber attacks, and other security incidents
- You create reports and dashboards of security alerts and incidents, to show trends and anomalies, and present them to management with your recommendations
- You ensure that our vulnerability management processes are followed and continuously improved
- You stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies.
- Act as a Cyber Defence ambassador in order to increase the security awareness of our staff
Requirements:
- Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent skills
- 5 years or more of working experience in the Information or Cyber Security domain
- Strong technical knowledge from relevant Cyber security areas and disciplines, preferably backed up by professional security qualifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP…)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- The ability to be an effective team player and very good communication skills
- Experience in the telecommunications industry strongly preferred
- Fluent written and spoken English language skills, German language skills are a plus
