Microsoft Identity Manager (m/f/d) in Darmstadt
Shape the future of our client's identity infrastructure as a Microsoft Identity Manager (m/f/d), where you will lead the charge in designing and implementing secure and efficient identity solutions. This role is tailored for an experienced professional with a passion for identity and access management using Microsoft technologies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Architect, implement, and optimize identity and access management solutions using Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and enforce identity governance policies and access controls.
• Configure and manage identity synchronization between onpremises and cloud environments.
• Implement secure single signon (SSO) solutions for diverse applications.
• Develop and maintain custom connectors for integrating MIM with various identity sources.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of identity and access controls.
• Provide expertise in implementing and managing multifactor authentication (MFA) solutions.
• Collaborate with security teams to respond to and mitigate identityrelated security incidents.
• Stay current on industry best practices and emerging technologies in identity management.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior identity management professionals.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing identity and access management solutions.
• Expertise in Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) and Azure Active Directory (AAD).
• Indepth knowledge of identity synchronization, SSO, and MFA technologies.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell or other relevant tools.
• Familiarity with identityrelated compliance standards and frameworks.
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate.
