Customer Service Representative Logistics Germany (m/f/d)

This position is responsible for managing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests related to our complex logistics services with great attention to detail. As the primary point of contact for our vendors and Distribution Partners, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction by providing seamless communication channels and resolving any logistical issues on time.

Your Role :

  • Oversee customer orders, shipments, and delivery schedules, ensuring accuracy and on-time fulfillment.

  • Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics and KPIs proactively, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as necessary.

  • Processing of customer and partner reclamations, check of invoices and conducting inventory checks

  • Establishing and maintaining good business partnerships with vendors and logistics partners for good cooperation resulting in efficient deliveries to the customer

  • Utilize advanced analytics tools and SAP systems to analyze logistics data, uncover trends, and offer insights to enhance supply chain efficiency.

  • Collaborate in global and local Projects closely with cross-functional teams, including Logistics, Operations, and IT, to address customer needs and improve service delivery.

You Identify Yourself With

  • Training in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Preferred 3+ years’ experience in Customer Service, logistics or transportation.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, and Power BI, with a preference for experience in logistics analytics

  • Familiarity with SAP R3 or other ERP systems, demonstrating the ability to navigate and extract relevant information efficiently.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in German and English, enabling effective relationship-building with customers and internal teams.

  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and people while prioritizing in a fast-paced environment with a detail-oriented and organized approach.
