YOUR TASKS
- Respond promptly to incoming communication with a high level of service ensuring player satisfaction and handling of all general enquiries
- Assisting players through email and live chat
- Providing our customers with the best level of service
- Report customer issues to the team leader and relevant internal departments where applicable
- Acquiring a good understanding and knowledge of our products, including slot games, sports betting, casino, live casino
- Provide explanations to customers about our product/site/policies
- Keep up to date with new information/procedures
- Supporting and guiding customers with all requests and escalating and following up where necessary
- Ensure quality assurance, KPI’s and SLA’s are met
- Responding to player comments on our social media channels
- Working with a dynamic team, for a support office open 365 days per year
- Support on weekends and public holidays.
- Work is scheduled on shift basis
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience in Customer Service, preferably in a Customer Service environment
- Very good PC user skills and experience with MS Office
- Positive charisma, experience in dealing with customers
- High service awareness with quality and solution orientation
- Strong organizational skills
- Time flexibility (shift work from Monday to Sunday between 8:30 and 21:00)
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken; additional foreign language skills would be an advantage
