YOUR TASKS

• Respond promptly to incoming communication with a high level of service ensuring player satisfaction and handling of all general enquiries
• Assisting players through email and live chat
• Providing our customers with the best level of service
• Report customer issues to the team leader and relevant internal departments where applicable
• Acquiring a good understanding and knowledge of our products, including slot games, sports betting, casino, live casino
• Provide explanations to customers about our product/site/policies
• Keep up to date with new information/procedures
• Supporting and guiding customers with all requests and escalating and following up where necessary
• Ensure quality assurance, KPI’s and SLA’s are met
• Responding to player comments on our social media channels
• Working with a dynamic team, for a support office open 365 days per year
• Support on weekends and public holidays.
• Work is scheduled on shift basis

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in Customer Service, preferably in a Customer Service environment
• Very good PC user skills and experience with MS Office
• Positive charisma, experience in dealing with customers
• High service awareness with quality and solution orientation
• Strong organizational skills
• Time flexibility (shift work from Monday to Sunday between 8:30 and 21:00)
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken; additional foreign language skills would be an advantage
