- Business Strategy: Collaborate with the Store Manager toalign on business needs and strategies, while demonstrating sales leadershipthrough active floor presence and role modeling (70% of the time)
- Customer Excellence: Ensure all employees deliver a top-tierCustomer Experience, proactively addressing and resolving any concerns relatedto vehicle quality and preparation
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop management andstaff, maintaining prompt position fulfillment, providing ongoing performanceevaluation, and ensuring adherence to Tesla's policies and procedures
- Brand Standards: Uphold brand standards through facilitymaintenance, showroom presentation, and cost control, while ensuring compliancewith Tesla’s dress code and grooming guidelines
Anfrage
- Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years applicable experience withproven track record to meet or exceed goals, or equivalent
- Self-starting entrepreneur with exceptional managementskills, great attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple projects whileadhering to business-critical deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a dedicatedand ethical approach to sales and sales operations
- Ability to develop collaborative relationships and act as awell-respected, trusted partner
- Ability to work evenings and weekends in a retailenvironment, ability to relocate as needed
- Valid driver’s license in country of employment and abilityto obtain appropriate state licensing, where applicable
- This roles requires you to possess a Motor Vehicle Salesperson License issued by Colorado Department of Revenue Division of Motor Vehicles. Without the salesperson license, you cannot engage in sales activities
