Customer Experience Manager (f/m/d)

Customer Experience Manager IMI (f/m/d)
Location: Vienna, Austria
Your key responsibilities:
Proactively design a Customer Experience by working x-functionally with Sales Reps, Medical
Managers and Marketing with the goal to respond to their needs. Work in
partnership with key HCPs to develop effective solutions to improve patients' outcomes. Reactively respond to customer insights by supporting the execution of key tactics/projects
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs, networks and requirements
• Achieve overall positive Customer Experience from the targeted HCPs
• Monitor product performance of the territory using appropriate tools and taking corrective actions if required to meet business objectives.
• Analyze market situation vs key competitors
• Target right HCPs and perform Impactful Interactions and Analysis
• Stay updated on the respective Disease Area / customer insights
• Coach Sales Reps to design a Customer Journey to improve customer satisfaction.
• Excellent collaboration with Brand Teams and other departments & proactively shares relevant insights with the rest of the organization

Role Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential:
• Master's degree in commercial or natural sciences
• Working experience in customer engagement or similar is beneficial
• Proactive mindset with a focus on providing solutions
• Analytical skills to track and improve customer engagement
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer engagement tools
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and medical teams
• Knowledge of industry best practices in customer engagement are beneficial

In addition to a market-competitive base salary, we offer an attractive incentive program, a modern company pension scheme, learning and development options as well as worldwide career opportunities within the Novartis group. In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary. For this position the minimum salary is € 70.000/year (on a full time basis). In most cases, the actual salary will be higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
We are open for part-time and job sharing models and support flexible and remote working where possible.
