AdresseABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Business Recruiter at Talon.One you will be a part of our 8 person People & Culture team, shaping our business and GTM roles recruitment strategy, together with the rest of the team of People Partners and People Operations. You will work closely with our GTM and business stakeholders, including our CRO and COO, while making sure we're hiring for the right talent and meeting business' expectations.
Recruiters have a big impact in shaping our workforce culture, therefore, we'd like to find a professional who can not only fulfill roles and meet deadlines, but also bring their nature into exciting people about their journey with Talon.One.
ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:
- Take full ownership of recruitment for our business and sales roles worldwide, including Marketing, Finance, Legal, Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Account Directors etc
- Be a partner and advisor to Hiring Managers on the best recruitment strategies, depending on the role's nature
- Collaborate across departments on employer branding strategies
- Timely plan upcoming hirings, together with our People Partners
- Implement new processes and fine-tune our current processes for recruiting that fit within Talon.One´s mission
- Be a brand ambassador for Talon.One and represent the company at all relevant events
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Between 3 and 6 years of experience in growing GTM and Business teams
- Ideally, you also bring experience recruiting in the European and US market
- Experience in working with Greenhouse as an ATS
- Strong consultant acumen
- Sourcing through different platforms and interviewing are in the core of your skill-set
- Proven ability to create/evolve an ideal candidate experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
