Job Intro

We're seeking a talented Tech Recruiter / Sourcer with Web3 experience to join our team. The focus will be sourcing for Rust Engineers, Smart Contract Engineers, and various Ecosystem roles. Join us in our mission to build an exceptional team and move our organization forward. The position is 100% remote, fixed term, and optional full- or part-time.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand the technical requirements and culture fit for each role
• Source and engage with passive and active candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, Discord and GitHub
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for our positions, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
• Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine basic qualifications

Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in tech recruitment/sourcing (focus: Engineering positions)
• Strong networking skills and the ability to engage with the community through various channels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Boolean search and approaching passive candidates
• Familiarity with remote work dynamics

Nice to have:

• Experience working with Rust, Smart contract Engineers
• Be familiar with IOTA
