This is your chance to be part of an in-house Brands team of industry experts in the domains of hospitality, Brand Management, innovation, food and beverage, wellness, owner relations, and more, for all of Hilton's unique brands! As SVP Administrative Assistant, you will support the team that leads our brands with the steadfast goal of strengthening and growing the Hilton portfolio. On the Full Service team reporting to SVP Global Category Head Full Service, you will lead all administrative tasks, including calendar management, domestic and international travel itineraries, meeting and event planning, expense reports, billing, and project support for Category and Brand Leaders including assisting with implementing strategies and programs.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Thoughtfully route calls and emails to appropriate Team Members on behalf of the executive
- Prepare business letters, agendas, and presentations
- Contribute to all aspects of administrative management, directory maintenance, logistics, equipment, and storage
- Assist in the preparation of scheduled reports to include submitting and reconciling expense reports
How you will collaborate with others:
- Manage inventory of assets and supplies for current Team Members and assist with onboarding new Team Members
- Build partnerships with internal departments to resolve daily administrative challenges
- Assist and help prepare projects and deliverables for full-service category and Hilton enterprise
What projects you will take ownership of:
- Schedule all meetings, interviews, events, and other similar activities for the executive and perform varied general office support
- Implement and monitor programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completion
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Five (5) years of administrative experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite experience
- Travel up to 5%
It would be useful if you have:
- BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
- Experience using Concur travel and expense system.
