AXAiPro is a suite helping distributor in managing their business covering pre-sale, sales and post-sale stages. This role is in change Management team which is a team of professionals in first-tier, engaging end-users for up-lifting their AXAiPro knowledge. We also bridge the gap of AXAiPro developers for ongoing enhancements and assisting new features rollout, the ultimate goal is to maximize usage of AXAiPro and unleashing potentials. This role will be responsible for major duties as follows: 

  • Handle in-bound queries and provide one-stop solutions for users through calls, emails, whatsapp, walk-in
  • Deliver and arrange roadshow for agencies / Swiss Privilege / Brokers based on business needs to promote usages / new functions / benefits of various digital platforms
  • Assist in collecting user feedbacks on digital platforms all the time for continuous development / enhancement
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing training materials and coordinating the training with agency training department
  • Proactive in probing / observing end users behavior and identify user needs for transforming the digital platform to better shape
  • Assist in investigating the root causes of system incidents and communicating the progress with user.
  • Assist in preparing promotional / coaching materials through handy guides / video clips in order to create awareness promotions
  • Assist in performing ad-hoc assigned tasks, such as internal training, agency events
  • Willing to work on weekends on shift rotation basis

Your Profile
  • Eager to to learn in anytime, any occasion
  • Attentive listening and detailed mindset for interacting with wide range of internal customers
  • Mastering desktop publishing with graphical sense, video editing experience and Chinese typing
  • Solid experience in iOS / iPadOS / Android / Mac and Windows usage / Chinese typing
  • Matriculate or above
