The International Max Planck Research School (IMPRS) for Brain & Behavior is a fully-funded PhD program in the field of neuroethology and neuroscience. IMPRS for Brain & Behavior is a collaboration between the Max Planck Institute for Neurobiology of Behavior – caesar (MPINB), the University of Bonn, and the German Center for Neurodegenerative Diseases (DZNE) in Bonn. Our coordination office is located at the Max Planck Institute for Neurobiology of Behavior - caesar.

The Coordination Office of the International Max Planck Research School for Brain & Behavior is looking for a

Student Assistant (m/ f/ d) Support for Graduate Program

The position is initially limited to one year. Working hours are flexible (maximum 9 hours per week).

On-site work (no mobile work).

Your tasks:

· Administrative support (e.g. certificates, transcripts, applications, travel grants, databases)

· Support of international PhD students (e.g. enrolment at the University of Bonn)

· Support for the organization of social events and workshops

What we expect from you:

· Enrolled at a MSc program at the University Bonn (e.g. neuroscience, biology, computer science, mathematics or a related field).

· Based in Bonn as on-site work is required

· Fluency in both English and German; excellent communication skills

· Good organizational and structural skills

· Good Microsoft Office skills

· Ability to work independently as well as in a team
