Main objectives
Context
The role of the Group Internal Financial Control (IFC) team is to ensure the effectiveness of internal control over financial reporting for the AXA Group (under IFRS), and to monitor its yearly certification. The Group IFC programme covers the main entities of the Group in terms of assets, operating income and risk exposure.
Since 2014, the Group IFC team has extended the IFC framework to Solvency II topics, i.e. processes participating to the calculation of AFR (Available Financial Resources) and STEC (Short Term Economic Capital), including governance aspects such as Use Test, Model Change Policy or Data Quality. Around 23 entities were in scope for IFRS and Solvency II.
Job position
At the Corporate center, within the Group IFC team, the candidate will be part of the IFC GIE team, in charge of managing:
- The Group IFRS program and the entities’ supervision.
- The IFC program of the Group Central Functions (GCF) including:
- AXA GIE’s central functions,
- Flyer perimeters.
Group IFC is part of Group Risk Management.
Main responsibilities
In his/her role, the candidate will:
Group IFC IFRS Program (including Group Central Functions):
- Actively contribute to the Group and GCF IFC IFRS programmes Management for scoping, timelines, instructions, reporting.
- Contribute to the redaction of the different IFC IFRS reports and synthesis and actively participate to the post campaign analysis.
- Contribute to committees’ preparation.
- Support the team for the monthly meetings and analysis on data quality.
- Support the testing activities.
Project management
- Contribute to the IFRS 9 & 17 implementation.
- Participate to projects for improving and/or developing IFC framework on new risk coverage and/or due to evolution of Standards (IFRS standards, COSO principles, Solvency II…) or regulation requirements.

- Audit, finance or risk management background.
- Precise, rigorous, analytical, proactive and well organized

Management skills
- Ability to work with a great number of interlocutors from different backgrounds (inside or outside finance) and cultures across the Group (international environment)
