As an Accounts Payable Trainee, you will support processes within the European region, ensuring quality and effectiveness, securing compliance, and providing accurate information and timely reporting.
In your new role you will:
- Analyze invoices by checking Purchase Order data;
- Gather needed approvals for invoice processing;
- Follow up with internal departments for discrepancies/issues related to invoices;
- Extract and analyze reports for vendor reconciliation;
- Contact vendors for balance disputes and standard payment inquiries;
- Execute Accounts Payable controls for the preparation of payment proposals;
- Provide general support to the team in daily tasks.
Your Profile
You are result-oriented and have a structured and self-driven working style. You are able to quickly establish successful cooperation within the team and accept responsibility.
You are best equipped for this task if you:
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or an equivalent field;
- Have good knowledge of MS Office tools, such as Excel and Outlook;
- Demonstrate high-quality standards and responsibility;
- Have a team work spirit and good communication skills;
- Have a proactive personality with a sense of urgency and attention to detail;
- Are fluent in English (mandatory).
