Accounting & Reporting Analyst - Accounts Payable

You will be working as Accounting and Reporting Analyst-Accounts Payable and will be part of Finance Services business for Finance and Accounting Operations division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to the GDS process lead. You will be primarily responsible to support Accounts Payable activities in line with defined policies, procedures and strategies. Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of Accounts Payable transactions while preparing comprehensive reports and analysis to support effective decision-making.

Your responsibilities

• Processes Accounts Payable transactions, ensuring accurate tracking and processing
• Performs necessary activities within the Accounts Payable area to ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Executes analysis and reports as assigned, and takes appropriate action as necessary
• Complies with and helps achieve Internal Control over Financial Reporting compliance in Accounts Payable for applicable templates. Participates in internal control testing and prepares relevant documentation
• Ensures all relevant stakeholders are aware of progress and/or issues to maximize customer satisfaction

Your background

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience with a degree in commerce background in Accounts Payable
• Strong communication and influencing skills
