Job description

• Keep the overview: You maintain & enhance existing R&D data analytics use cases for different chip development work flows (e. g. digital design & verification) and project management measuring progress and process performance
• Data is everything: You analyze incoming change requests from different stakeholders and update data collection procedures (Denodo queries), data preprocessing (Python scripts) steps and data visualization (Tableau).
• Reliable work: You implement data quality and consistency checks and implement together with our experts new data analytics use cases
• Keep up to date: You update Data Analytics Use Case Documentation

Your Profile

• Study field: You are currently studying computer science, business informatics, mathematics, statistics, physics, electrical engineering or similar
• Personality: You have a strong analytical mind set, well-structured working mode, curious and motivated to learn something new, able to speak to stakeholders
• Work experience: You are familiar with main concepts of descriptive and inferential statistics
• Skills: You possess programming skills in Python and SQL
• Experience: You are experienced in using Excel, Tableau, Jira and Confluence
• Language skills: You have fluent English skills, written and spoken

Important information:

• Working part-time: The focus is on studies. Therefore, Working Student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
• Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: You must be enrolled, and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
• You should live close to the site: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
