Working Student Legal

Your Role

• Supporting the Group Legal & Compliance Team in administrative matters
• Filing of contracts on Zühlke’s electronic system (including filtering out the most important clauses).
• Archiving of physical contracts
• Creating Powerpoint presentations
• Managing (creating, formatting and keeping up-to-date) contract templates and policies on Zühlke’s document management platform and Sharepoint site
• Answering questions regarding tools and administrative matters
• Registration of changes in the commercial register(s)
• Setting up legal training courses
• Researching on legal & compliance topics

Your Talent

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Sound technical understanding, affinity for technology
• Careful and structured way of working
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Helpful, communicative and reliable personality
• Legal knowledge and experience in project management desirable.
