As a Working Student (d/f/m) in our global Compliance team, you will support our the team in the design and implementation of IT projects, making a valuable contribution to the team's success and the company’s Compliance culture and processes.

Your responsibilities

• You have a keen interest in designing and implementing digital formats which support ongoing and upcoming projects within the Compliance team
• You identify and implement sustainable, user-friendly IT solutions for the simplification/automatization/standardisation of existing processes
• You identify and implement IT-supported solutions for the assessment and management of compliance risks, and create a cockpit for the reporting of results to different hierarchical levels within RWE group
• You liaise with RWE/OPEA IT colleagues to ensure compatibility and feasibility of projects at a company or group level

Your profile

• Ongoing studies in the field of engineering, business administration or comparable
• Confident in using MS Office and O365 apps and quick to learn new IT tools
• You have high ethical standards and want to effectively contribute to the development of a compliance culture within RWE
• You are creative and understand the challenges and opportunities of Legal Tech for non-technical teams
• High level of initiative, reliability and strong organizational skills
• A structured, detail-oriented and independent way of working
• You enjoy working in an international company at the core of the energy transition, with colleagues with different cultural and professional backgrounds
• Business fluency in written and spoken English, German is a plus
