What you'll do

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Employee surveys go-live preparation: data control, survey testing, survey invitation texts and follow-up texts etc. 
• Survey data analysis (quantitative and qualitative) and dashboard management 
• Creation of appealing and concise visual and text reporting materials 
• Content management of the information pages and internal communication channels
• Project management support in coordinating internal alignments according to the project timelines

    
What you bring

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. 

Education, Qualifications, Skills & Competencies:

• You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences with focus on business administration, economics, business psychology or similar
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Passionate about data and data-driven storytelling 
• Skilled to work with data and analyzing data sets of both quantitative and qualitative data
• Curious about organizational development and change management
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management skills
• Language skills: Fluent in English (oral and written), German skills are a plus.
