What you'll do

We are looking for a dedicated Prospect DevelopmentWorking Student who will play a significant role in Digital Hub's growth strategy. The role of Prospect Development involves identifying potential customers, thus assisting in expanding our outreach.

• Work 20-40 hours a week
• Research data of our potential customers using various Sales Intelligence platforms and other sources
• Maintain databases and keep the information up-to-date
• Master social tools, such as LinkedIn, Xing, etc., to discover more information about prospects
• Arrange data appropriately using advanced Excel capabilities
• Keep track of the latest changes and innovations regarding prospecting and Data Management

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study:  Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Marketing or related fields
• Computer skills:  MS Office 365, expert in Excel is a plus; prospecting tools
• Language skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English are a must
• Soft skills:  growth mindset, analytical thinking, team player with autonomy

• Expert in researching
• Ability to work independently with a strong drive for results
• Strong facility with (international) teamwork and an ability to learn and adapt quickly

The MEE Digital Hub is a digital organization for the sales unit of small and medium-sized businesses and partner businesses in the Middle and Eastern Europe region. We are a young and agile team with experience in integrating Working Students to provide them with unique experiences in one of the leading companies in the IT industry and integrate them into our ongoing activities and projects. In our organization, we place great importance on promoting and continuously developing our employees and promoting team culture and employee engagement across local or team boundaries.
