What you'll do

Students and interns in the department Global Resource Management can expect a varied virtual work environment and interesting tasks in supporting projects. The job offers the opportunity to get to know the project business of SAP in the areas of consulting and sales worldwide. After a training period, you will be responsible for specific topics as well as parts of the operational work. It is important to us to coordinate tasks, place of work and time allocation with you in such a way that both sides benefit. Examples of possible tasks:

  • Preparation and support of coordination meetings with the responsible managers
  • Collaboration in dedicated Resource Management projects
  • Analysis & monitoring of the workload situation and taking measures
  • Operational handling of requests reports for management meetings

What you bring

  • Student (f/m/d) of a university or university of applied sciences
  • Gladly also first-year students
  • Good knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Outlook)
  • Fluent in German and good knowledge of written and spoken English
  • High degree of willingness to learn and commitment
  • Communicative nature and independent way of working
  • Quick comprehension, team spirit and flexibility

Meet your team

The department Global Resource Management (GRM) area EMEA/MEE is responsible for the assignment planning of the consultants within the region EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa). The GRM supports the consulting area in the selection and onboarding of suitable consultants. The processing of current programs, cooperation in "offer management" and "sales opportunities" are part of the daily business, as well as ongoing coordination with the consulting and sales departments, to be able to offer the best possible support from acquisition to offer to contract conclusion through suitable consultants.

GRM is an important interface between the service regions, market units and the supply units.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign language.
