Working Student (f/m/d) P&O Business Partner

Mode of Employment: Limited; Part time 15-20 hours/week

• As part of our team, you will support P&O Business Partners for Siemens Advanta EMEA in daily operations
• You will support to further develop and enhance the existing People Insights Reporting and be part of a broader people analytics community
• You will support doing research on trending topics in the field of People and Organization and transfer to business environment
• You will contribute to creating management presentations
• You will support in various Talent and Leadership development topics, e.g. diversity and learning topics

Use your skills to move the world forward.

• Complete our team with your ongoing studies in the field of Business Administration, Social Sciences, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, IT or a related field
• You are available for 15-20 hours / week and you are looking for a long-term Working Student position
• You enjoy working in people and analytics and are interested in the latest trends in the field of People and Organization
• Your level of self-motivation and team spirit is high
• You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Ideally you bring first experience in data analytics and/ or experience in working with Power BI or other analytics tools
• Fluency in English is mandatory, German skills of advantage, proficiency in additional languages is a plus
