Your Role
As an IT Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Communications Working Student (all genders) you will be responsible for the following tasks such as: supporting on drafting and editing communications copy and material, helping to implement internal and external IT DE&I /communications strategies and projects, providing technical virtual event support, video recording and editing knowledge, preparing presentations and reports, organizing marketing and networking events, drafting and posting social media and web content according to the company's social media strategy, internal website (EVA) maintenance and update design, overall promotional Materials and design graphic creation (campaigns, banners, icons, newsletters, emails. Logos, etc.)
Who you are
• Studying communications, marketing, or related field
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• An understanding of social media strategies and media relations
• Creative, outgoing and innovative
• Proficiency in office management software and design software such as Photoshop and InDesign
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask
• Great interpersonal skills.
• Above average knowledge of various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Yammer, Instagram. (platform SharePoint as well).
• Fluent English speaker, and German a plus.
