Working Student (m/f/d) Project Office
Are you tech-savvy, interested in project management and would you like to gain practical experience in an international healthcare company during your studies? Then support our Project Office team of the Business Unit Nutrition for 12 months.
The Business Unit Nutrition manages the global product portfolio of Clinical Nutrition & Keto-Analogues from initial idea to finished products. The project management department within the Business Unit is responsible for the entire project portfolio and is involved from early concepts of new products until the market launch. We have the central role of managing product development projects by bringing experts of different departments together and leading teams in line with the overall strategy.
During your assignment you will have the possibility to get insights into the project portfolio management as well as many different projects in the pharmaceutical industry. This will allow you to build up an international network within the company, get a taste of practical experience and fill your student fund at the same time.
Your Challenge in Detail
- You support our Project Management Office Team in daily business as well as with project data analysis including preparation of data-driven decision making
- Supporting the development and implementation of reporting and steering IT tools for the project management is also one of your exciting tasks
- Even more: You support us with the controlling and monitoring of projects, e. g. by preparing presentations and status reports, and manage the project documentation
- You demonstrate your organisational skills by preparing, conducting and following up on workshops and meetings including action lists and meeting minutes
Your Competence is in Demand
- Current master full-time studies in the field of IT, business/economics, digital business management, maths, natural sciences, engineering or similar
- Tech-savvy with excellent Microsoft Office skills (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Expertise in data analysis / data engineering and Power BI
- Expertise in creating user-centered designs for front ends (e. g. Sharepoint applications, dashboards)
- Strong social and communication skills as well as an analytical and solution-oriented way of thinking
- Independent, structured and team-oriented working spirit and willingness to collaborate with multicultural and interdisciplinary colleagues
- Being self-driven and a high level of commitment and flexibility
- Experience in project management or experience from previous internships/Working Student jobs (preferably within pharmaceutical sector) desirable
